Johnson & Freeman, LLC was founded in 1994 by Horace J. Johnson, Jr. and Ronald J. Freeman, Sr.. The firm has remained true to the high standards set by its founders of commitment to integrity, and the provision of the highest level of legal services to its clients. Adherence to these principles has caused the firm to build a sterling reputation in the legal profession. This is evidenced by the elevation of founding partner, Horace J. Johnson, Jr., to the Newton County Superior Court bench in 2002, and the naming of the other founding partner, Ronald J. Freeman, Sr., as a “Georgia Super Lawyer” and Georgia “Legal Elite”.
JOHNSON & FREEMAN LLC’s main focus is Government and Business Law, primarily in the areas of litigation, construction, corporate matters, and complex transactions. In addition, the firm has an active criminal defense practice. Since its inception, the firm has successfully litigated numerous cases on behalf of its clients, and has obtained several reversals of judgment at the Appellate level. The firm’s clientele includes governmental entities, domestic corporations and individuals. In addition to its domestic clientele, the firm’s client base extends to the United Kingdom and West Africa.
Johnson & Freeman, LLC continues to grow its practice by associating with other firms in providing representation to municipalities on large public projects. Despite its growth, the firm continues to provide cost effective and efficient service to all its clients.
