RAYMOND HUMPHREY, received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C in 1987 graduating as an Academic and Athletic All-American. He earned his Juris Doctor in 1994 from the Georgetown University Law Center where he served as a member of the Center’s Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation Counsel and also as a moderator for the University Student Affairs Panel For Diversity. Attorney Humphrey has practiced in areas of non-profits, entertainment law, and corporate and commercial litigation. He also has experience in regulatory compliance and construction law representing both contractors and owners in private construction claims and disputes, including bid protests, change orders and related contract administration issue. Attorney Humphrey is a member of the Georgia Bar Association (Government law Section) and currently assists in the managing of government contracts including determinations based on procedural aspects and termination provisions of complex disputes with the firm’s Construction Litigation Group.
